Editing your Org Profile
Your organization’s profile is managed from your Org Hub. Here you can update your branding, contact details, and general settings to keep your page looking sharp for members and attendees.

Accessing Your Org Profile
Section titled “Accessing Your Org Profile”To get to your org profile settings, navigate to your Hub and select the Edit or Settings tab at the top of the dashboard. This is where all profile-level customization lives.
Profile Details
Section titled “Profile Details”Name and Description
Section titled “Name and Description”Your Organization Name is how you appear across XP Network, including on events you host and member profiles. Keep it clear and recognizable for your community.
The Description field supports rich text, so you can use formatting, bullet points, and links to give visitors context about who you are and what you run.
Profile Images
Section titled “Profile Images”Your org profile uses two images:
- Logo (1:1 square) — Appears on your org page, event listings tied to your org, and anywhere your org is referenced across the platform.
- Banner Image (16:9) — Displayed at the top of your org’s public profile page.
A crop tool is built in to help you frame both images correctly without stretching or distorting them.
Contact and Social Links
Section titled “Contact and Social Links”You can add external links to your org profile, such as a website, Discord server, or social media pages. These appear on your public org page so attendees can find and follow your community.
Saving Changes
Section titled “Saving Changes”Once you have made your edits, click Save to apply them. Changes to your name, images, and description will update immediately across the platform, including on any events associated with your organization.
