Getting Started as an Event Organizer on XP Network

If you’re hosting regular game nights and need tournament software, or running promotions and need ticketing tools, XP Network provides the platform you need to manage and grow your events seamlessly.

Connect with an Organization

Most organizers join XP Network through an existing organization, such as:

  • Local Game Stores (LGS)
  • Retailers
  • Publishers
  • Conventions
  • Distributors
  • Influencers

An organization can add you as an Event Organizer directly from their dashboard. Once added, your account automatically unlocks the Organizer Role, letting you create and manage events for that organization. You will also be able to host events independently on XP Network.

If your favorite organization isn’t on XP Network yet, encourage them to join! When they add you as a member, your organizer access unlocks automatically. You can run events independently or for the organization, and they’ll be able to award XP and achievements to players at your events.

If you regularly host events with 50 or more attendees, you can apply to be onboarded as your own organization on XP Network.

This unlocks the full suite of organizer tools, including XP rewards, customizable achievements, and Shopify integration for your merch or prize store.
